I am a personal trainer and nutritionist of seven years. I have a range of qualifications aside from the level 3 personal training which are:

  • Level 3 Metabolic Effect Personal Trainer

  • Boxercise

  • Indoor Cycling/Spin

  • Level 3 Hormonal Nutrition Coach

  • Female Fat Loss Solution

  • Indoor Rest Based Group Exercise + Outdoor Rest Based Group Exercise

I have also completed a level 3 diploma in sport, fitness and coaching.


My values as a health coach involves passionate dedication to every workout while making sure that results can mean fun. My commitment to fitness has brought me to great opportunities and awards with me earning Employee of the Year in 2019 with Sidcup Leisure Centre and I currently assist Beckenham Town Ladies Football Club as their fitness and nutritional coach.


After getting into the fitness industry, I started to discover that a lot of strange diets and fitness programs existed to take people to extreme lengths just to lose weight. My main goal as a trainer is to educate people about the benefits of stability. Keeping fit and healthy in your mind and body doesn't have to be impossible. Learning that a balanced diet, exercise and enjoying an off day is not to feel guilty about.

Seeing clients improve their state and wellbeing and making confidence grow is the best reward. I want to strive to help motivate my clients to achieve their goals.
